Chat

One inbox, three networks, and the order inside the conversation

Messages from all your WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts land in the same place, with the order history of whoever is writing right next to them. And your shop lives inside the chat: the customer taps buttons instead of explaining themselves.

  • WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
  • Several accounts at once
  • The contact and its history are yours
The inbox

Stop jumping between three apps

A small business gets things on WhatsApp it never gets on Instagram, and answers late on whichever one it checks least. Here all three land in the same place, with a count of what is still unread.

  • Several accounts on the same network, as long as your plan has connections left
  • Unread messages counted, so you know before closing whether something is still pending
  • Every contact carries the orders they have already placed with you
  • The contact list and its history stay yours
The chat menu

The customer taps; they don't have to find the right words

Connecting an account leaves your shop's menu installed in it. Five entries, each doing one concrete thing, so the conversation moves forward without anyone having to be there.

  • Start an order: sends back the link to your shop, good for one hour
  • Last order and See my orders: what they have ordered, with nothing to search for
  • Opening hours: the days you open and whether you are open right now
  • Shop details: where you are and how to get there
  • The payment link is not a menu entry: it arrives on its own, inside the order, once it is ready to be charged
Automations

Answering the usual questions without being there

A simple rule: if the message contains this word, reply with this. It doesn't guess intentions or improvise, and that is why you know exactly what a customer of yours is going to be told.

  • By a word contained in the message: "menu", "opening", "where are you"
  • A different reply just for someone writing to you for the first time
  • How many fit: none on the free plan, two on Basic and eight on Pro
  • Not on comments under a post yet: the option is in the panel, switched off
No surprises

What the chat does not do

Four things worth knowing in advance rather than discovering on a Saturday. None of them stops you selling; all of them change what you can expect.

  • It does not read free text: "two sandwiches, no mayo" does not become an order. The order comes from the link, or you type it in
  • On WhatsApp, if the customer hasn't written to you in over 24 hours, Meta won't let an ordinary message through: the "your order is ready" note may not arrive
  • WhatsApp templates can be created and deleted from the panel, but not yet sent from here
  • The menu is written in Spanish for everyone, including customers who write to you in English
Straight answers

What people ask before moving the chat in here

Does it replace the WhatsApp app on my phone?

With the number you connect, in practice yes: registering it on Meta's API means it stops working in the phone app. The usual move is to connect a different number and leave the everyday one where it is; the inbox is there for when you want everything together, with the orders beside it.

Is my customer talking to a bot?

They are talking to a menu of buttons, and to you. What there isn't is anything trying to guess what they meant: if they write, the message lands in your inbox and you answer.

Does the customer find out when their order is ready?

If you mark it, yes: changing the state offers a checkbox to tell them through the same chat. On WhatsApp, though, Meta only allows writing within 24 hours of their last message.

Do I need a paid plan?

Not for Instagram and Facebook. WhatsApp starts at the Basic plan, and so do automations: none on the free plan, two on Basic and eight on Pro.

Can I reply from my phone?

Yes. The panel installs as an app from the browser and works the same on a phone as on the counter tablet.

What happens to my contacts if I leave?

They are yours: the contact list and the order history can be taken with you, and so can the catalogue.

Put the three inboxes together and see how fast you answer

Instagram and Facebook work on the free plan. WhatsApp, from Basic.
